I have used mint for many years to track expenses by category. With the change to credit karma this function disappeared.
They downloaded in an excel csv file all my 2023 expenses but in a total list. I saw the category but couldnt move it around. Since I have no experience with excel, this was useless. The warning they gave me didnt prepare me for tho outcome.
Credit karma does not offer this service. Filing my 2023 return has been far more difficult.

Five different customer support, phone numbers, and still no assistance.
I have been given five different one 800 numbers or 817 phone numbers or 982 phone numbers, and cannot get any assistance with my into it meant app

Something is broken
Im trying to connect my bank account with my Mint account but it continues to tell me that the answers to my security questions doesnt match yours.
Ive tried everything Ive changed my security questions and answers so I know Im answering correctly Its still telling me that I have the wrong answer you guys need to fix something Im really upset about this

I need help
I opened a new account and was downloading my banks information which was not back to beginning of the year. I manually put the proper information into Mint.org but it would not let me reconcile the information entered, which I was trying to do to have a register for my accounts

Great when it works
Mint is free, so the price is right. Its a good app for keeping on top of your budgetwhen it works.
Their connection to certain banks and/or financial institutions seems to be spotty at best and it frequently prompts me to verify your account. Like several times a day kind of thing. At one point my credit card didnt update for over a week and they couldnt figure out why.
Its been an ongoing issue for over a month. The app isnt exactly intuitive and I find it to be a bit confusing at times, but their customer service agents were super helpful and friendly both times I had to interact with them.

Account balances are wrong
Not one thing changed and noone has gotten back to me. It's very unnerving and aggravating because I can't tell if it's affecting my credit and I tried everything suggested and it still is fixed.
At this point I don't know what to do. Impossible to reach Mint customer service so I can't resolve my incorrect credit balances

Chat agent failed and can't dial out to get customer service to talk to live agent
Agent can't fix my phone to call or message got new sims card because other phone was stolen . First agent activate card and I restarted phone and nothing works 3 agent now and 2 hours on chat don't know the problem. Can't call y'all don't know short

To build a infrastructure to block the owner out of his accounts to steal his identity and information. Defamation of character to manipulate a system to just collect the bad and take the good and conspiracy of a system banks any financial institutions to take my information open accounts give to the person thats in violation of cfr 17 - 0.457
